This property is well located next to hole 13 and its fairway, a community bathhouse with laundry, & some parking for daytime guests. It backs up to a lovely view of the golf course with no RVs at the back. Just beautiful wide-open space.

At the front of the site is designated parking for your convenience. As you enter the living area you’ll find a privacy wall with a light pillar at one end. Step to the other side of the wall to view the propane fireplace.

Next to this section is the kitchen. Here you will find a double sink, water heater under the counter and enough counter space to prepare and serve meals for all your family and friends who are seated comfortably at the bar. You have all the cooking comforts you’ll need with the built-in BBQ, side burner, and under counter fridge.

Just steps from the kitchen is a raised patio where you’ll find a fire table and lounge chairs. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is a small lake with a water fountain just off the side of this seating area.

A metal Gazebo and dining table sits behind the RV adding to your dining privacy.
