This unique site was designed for privacy.  Lush landscape, including Palms and tall hedges, separate this property from neighbors on both sides.  With the hillside to the back, there is definitely privacy all around.

Open your RV door and step outside to a tropical-looking paradise.  There are two outdoor living areas, each with its own custom shade cover connected by a third.

Starting with the kitchen, you will find considerable counter space, an eating/serving bar at one end, a double sink with hot water, and a garbage disposal.  Additional appliances include a dishwasher, full-size oven, built-in BBQ grill, and side burner.  There is a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and overhead led lights.

Moving on into the lounge area, the word that comes to mind is WOW! This section of the property is approximately 75 feet wide compared to the standard 40 feet There are two ceiling fans here.   A 70-inch flat-screen television hangs above a candle light fireplace.  There is plenty of storage cabinets. The entire shade structure has openings all around. There are remote control blinds on each opening and drapes on the interior side of the blinds.

Even the coolest weather won’t keep you inside your RV as the blinds and drapes hold in the warmth. You only need a couple of propane floor heaters to create comfy warmth in a room like this.

When the drapes are open and most of the blinds are sent upward with a touch of a button, you will feel as though you just stepped outside without getting up from your seat. The far end of this amazing room starts at the edge of the hillside where you’ll find Pampas grass and lots of green foliage.
